リングのサイズ直しについてのお問い合わせが増えているので、皆様からのご質問を元によくあるご質問にお答えします。
海外のお客様からのお問い合わせもありますので、英文での回答も掲載しました。
We want to help the customers who need to resize their rings.
Before that, we would like to ask you some questions.
質問： どのくらい時間がかかりますか？
Q1; Do you have enough time to wait for resizing?
答え：通常の場合、3週間程頂戴いたします。
A; We need three weeks or more for repairing and resizing.
質問：どんなリングの素材でも可能ですか？
Q2; What is your ring material?
答え：14金または18金のイエローゴールド・ホワイトゴールド、プラチナのお直しを受けたまわります。
A; We will accept 14 carats to 18 carats of yellow gold and white gold. We also
accept platinum.
Sometimes we can’t accept rose gold. We can’t repair or resize silver ones.
質問：何番程度のサイズ直しができますか？
Q3; How big or small do you want to make your ring?
答え：3番程度まで、大きく、または小さくサイズ直しすることが可能です。それ以上はリング自体変形してしまう可能性があります。
A; If you need to change more than 3size bigger or smaller, it will distort the shape.
質問：どのくらい古いものですか？
Q4; How old is your ring?
答え：金属も古くなると劣化し、もろくなります。ヴィンテージ・アンティークの直しに関してその過程で破損などのおそれがありますが、その際の補償は出来ません。
また職人が修理不可能と判断したものはお預かりいたしません。
A; Is it a family treasure from your mother? or grandmother?
Working with old and vintage items is a very delicate matter in the unlikely event there is a repairing accident, we cannot take responsibility or offer any compensation. We will also deny the resizing if we consider that the jewelry might be too delicate
